Scoreboard Instructions

Thank you for stepping up to run the scoreboard for one of our games. We have done our best to try to include detailed enough instructions so that you can easily run the scoreboard. If you have any questions at all, please do not hesitate to reach out.

To run the scoreboard for Craven Field, you must be inside of the snack shack, and use the hard wired scoreboard controller.

TO TURN SCOREBOARD ON/OFF:

• On the right side of the scoreboard box, click the power button (make sure it is plugged in). This will automatically turn on/off the scoreboard
• Never touch the electrical breaker box to turn on/off the scoreboard.

TO ADD/CHANGE A RUN:

• OPTION 1 (Add to Score)
• Click either HOME SCORE or GUEST SCORE and the number of runs that scored on that play. This will add those runs to the current score.
• Click the reset button.
• OPTION 2 (Reset Score)
• Click the SET button, followed by either the HOME SCORE or GUEST SCORE button, and then the total number of runs that team scored in the game. This will reset the entire score to whatever number you enter.
• Click the reset button.

TO ADD/CHANGE AN INNING:

• OPTION 1 (Add to Inning)
• Click the inning button and the number 1. This will add 1 inning to the existing one.
• Click the reset button.
• OPTION 2 (Reset Inning)
• Click the SET button, followed by the INNING button, and then the actual inning the game is in. This will reset the inning to whatever number you enter.
• Click the reset button.

TO ADD/REMOVE AN OUT:

• Simply click the OUT button. If you make a mistake, just click it multiple times to reset it to whatever the correct one is.
• Click the reset button.

TO ADD/REMOVE A STRIKE:

• Simply click the STRIKE button. If you make a mistake, just click it multiple times to reset it to whatever the correct one is.
• When three strikes are recorded, it will automatically reset to no strikes and add an out.
• Click the reset button.
